Beschreibung
Store in bottles. Grate the fruit rinds, pound the rosemary sprigs, and combine them with the alcohol in a pot. Seal the pot tightly and store for at least two weeks. Soak the sugar in 5 quarts of water, add to the fruit and rosemary when ready. Add a little caramel for colouring, bottle and store for future use.
