Build (Pour) & stir : Muddled drink . Muddle Bourbon in Mixing glass with 12-15 fresh Mint leaves and 1/2 oz of Sugar syrup add cued ice and stir with vigour then strain over crushed ice stir again and add crushed ice until full. ,
