Layer in order : You’ll start forgeting thing when you have this!! . This drink you want to layer. Pour in the Kahlua then float the vodka – DO NOT STIR. Then top with 7-up. DO NOT STIR. Insert a straw to bottom of glass and suck it all down right then and there. Crazy stuff eh!!! ,
