Ananas – sliced (5 lb.)

Beschreibung
Store in a wooden cask. Soak the pineapple slices in a gallon of water for several days mixing well two times a day. Strain the liquid into a large pot, add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the rinds and gelatine, close tightly and allow to ferment for several days to a week. Strain clean, store for two weeks, then bottle and store for use.
